Most people have, at one point or another, heard reference made to "according to GA Code......" We think of these codes as the law; however, the O.C.G.A., which stands for Official Code of Georgia Annotated, is actually the official collection of all laws enacted for governing Georgia. The laws themselves are enacted by the General Assembly, a governing body of House of Representatives and Senate members.
The Judicial Qualifying Commission (JQC) is a ten-member committee governed by the Supreme Court and charged with investigating, enforcing, and presiding over the conduct of judges and any complaints regarding that conduct.
File a complaint with the JQC using the Georgia-JQC online complaint form. You can find more information about JQC and the complaint process on their website. www.gajqc.gov

I have always known that I wanted a job where I could make a difference, especially one that allows me to help and protect others. I may not have started out by wanting to be a judge, but I have always been drawn to the law and serving in that arena.
I would say I was a good student. I was a great student in the courses I enjoyed or the subjects I found interesting and more in line with an average student in other classes. Nonetheless, as a student, I was taught the importance of education and still advocate that importance in everything I do.
