There was just something about his personality and the way he carries himself that conveys dignity, trustworthiness and calm assuredness. I saw then what I still see today, a man of his word, faith and integrity. Judge Cuthpert is not the type of person who draws attention to himself. He doesn’t need to because people are naturally drawn to him. He is more on the quiet side but with a ready smile and a great sense of humor. He is a very good listener, doesn’t jump to conclusions and never seems to get overly dramatic about anything. He is prepared from Day One to take the Superior Court Bench with no On the Job Training. The people of Rockdale can be assured that in his courtroom you will be shown respect, courtesy and fairness under the law. He has my full support and my endorsement."
